I’ve been looking for the right real estate photography and videography company for several years, and I finally found it with Sham and his crew.

As a Realtor, how my listings are presented online is extremely important to me and my clients. These guys care about their work, they do what they say they’re going to do, and they deliver on time.

The biggest compliment I can probably give them is this: if I was selling my own home, this is the company I would hire to handle the photography, video and digital package.

Great people, true professionals and you can tell they take pride in their work.

Thanks Sham and the entire crew for everything you’ve done. Highly recommended.

I’ve been renovating/staging/flipping houses for 30 years so I have a LOT of experience with real estate photographers and property marketing. Sham is one of the best I have come across. He has the top equipment, spent a lot of time inside and outside my home getting the shots just right, and the photography, video and drone footage he did are absolutely gorgeous. I see a lot of companies that market their services for this online but they hire freelance photographers - so you really can’t tell if the person that did their demo shots is going to actually do YOUR shots. That is not the case with Sham and Relavix. He could charge a lot more for the work he does. Booking and payment were super simple and Sham was extremely responsive. This review was not incentivized in any way - I just like to support great local businesses when they exceed my expectations.

I found Sham by chance when my usual photographer wasn’t available for a last-minute listing—and I’m so glad I did! His photos are incredible, his prices are very reasonable and his turnaround time is quick. We’ve worked together several times since and I won’t go back. Thank you for the consistently stunning photos!

Working with Sham has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was in the process of finding someone new to handle my listing photos and videos when I was referred to Sham—and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From our very first meeting, he was incredibly helpful in bringing my vision to life, while also offering expert suggestions that elevated the final product even further. His creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail make him an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to creating more amazing content!
